The final design for the Polk Streetscape Project is near completion and the contract for construction has been published. Bids are expected around the end of February.

Construction, to be managed by SF Public Works, is scheduled to begin in summer 2016. Public Works will work closely with the selected contractor to minimize disruptions and when possible, will seek community input to inform the phasing of the work. Public Works will set up a dedicated web page with updates and alerts for construction in the spring of 2016.
