As of 2019, over 1,000 Transitional Aged Youth (ages 18-24) experience homelessness in San Francisco, with the majority (83%) sleeping outside in doorways, parks, vehicles, or wherever they can find. HSH is seeking a lease for 888 Post Street to construct a Navigation Center with up to 75 beds for Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) experiencing
homelessness.

Please join us on January 9, 2020 or January 23, 2020 for a neighbor and community stakeholder meeting to learn more about HSH’s proposal for 888 Post Street and our work in general to make a sustained and significant reduction in homelessness.
